Facility Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, security and services of our commercial and residential properties. The role ensures that all buildings are safe, compliant with statutory regulations and provide an efficient environment for tenants and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement building engineering and FM operation plans for each property in coordination with the Head of Department.
• Establish Service Level Agreements with FM service providers and monitor monthly KPI compliance.
• Prepare property‑specific budgets, conduct life‑cycle and CAPEX analysis, and present business cases to senior management.
• Plan short‑, medium‑ and long‑term building improvements, refurbishments and major renovations.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost optimisation across all facilities.
• Support the implementation and use of CAFM software.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve requests, complaints and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with FM policies, procedures and the Delegation of Authority Matrix, and manage field inspections and audit documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facility or property management for commercial and residential assets.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance, budgeting and capital project planning.
• Ability to develop and enforce service level agreements and monitor contractor performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
