Fashion Consultant – Lacoste

About the role

As a Fashion Consultant for Lacoste within Chalhoub Group’s Dubai store, you will deliver an exceptional guest experience while meeting individual and team sales targets. You will act as a brand ambassador, supporting omni‑channel initiatives and contributing to the store’s overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve personal and collective sales objectives.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
• Collect and analyse customer behaviour data, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
• Support CRM, CX and other in‑store initiatives, ensuring accurate customer data capture.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and stay updated on app offerings.
• Assist with in‑store marketing events, activations and brand social media campaigns.
• Ensure click‑and‑collect orders are processed within agreed service‑level agreements.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for luxury fashion.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems to capture and manage customer information.
