About the role
The Fashion Consultant will drive sales and deliver an exceptional guest experience for the Tory Burch boutique at Galleria Mall. You will support CRM and CX initiatives, collect customer data, and help shape in‑store marketing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while providing superior customer service.
- Collect and analyse data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
- Promote the loyalty programme (MUSE) and keep customers informed about app offerings.
- Support in‑store marketing events, activations and omni‑channel client relationships.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards, SOP compliance and timely click‑and‑collect fulfilment.
