Mario Bologna is looking for enthusiastic Fashion Retail Sales Associates to join its Dubai store. The role combines high‑end customer service with sales targets in a luxury environment, offering the chance to develop styling expertise and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection and styling recommendations.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote brand loyalty.
• Support daily store operations, stock management, and inventory activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service at every stage of the shopping experience.

Required profile

• Male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in Russian and English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
• Previous experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Flexible to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
