About the role

Join Emaar’s Origins restaurant team as a F&B Service Ambassador, delivering flawless dining experiences in a vibrant, guest‑focused environment. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring every visitor leaves as a happy fan.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all operational tasks in food & beverage service while adhering to brand standards.
• Welcome guests, manage their dining journey, and ensure timely, accurate service.
• Proactively address and resolve guest concerns, preventing complaints and delivering service recovery when needed.
• Collaborate with fellow ambassadors, maintaining clear communication centered on guest satisfaction.
• Continuously seek opportunities to exceed expectations and go the extra mile.

Required profile

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality setting.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
