About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive food and beverage service. You will interact directly with guests, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure the service area remains clean and well‑stocked. This role requires a proactive attitude and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, serve guests and interact with them throughout their dining experience.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, replenish supplies, and adhere to health and safety standards.
- Handle menu items, verify information, and assist guests with menu queries.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Less than one year of related food and beverage service experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks safely.
- Professional appearance, uniform compliance and adherence to company policies.
