F&B Service Expert – Aqua Pool Bar

About the role

As an F&B Service Expert at the Aqua Pool Bar, you will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive service, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining a pristine work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Interact with guests, respond to their needs, and uphold high service standards.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards, following company policies and procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 kg unaided and up to 50 kg with assistance.

Required profile

• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical demands of the role.
• Strong attention to detail when reading menus and verifying orders.
• Professional appearance and communication skills in line with brand standards.
