F&B Service Expert – Room Service

About the role

Our Guest Service Experts in Room Service create memorable dining experiences for guests at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal. You will handle everything from table setup to coordination with the kitchen while maintaining high service standards. The role requires being on your feet for extended periods, navigating the hotel’s corridors and guest rooms, and delivering service with a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen, maintain clean work areas, and handle supplies and equipment safely.
• Maintain personal appearance and uniform standards while interacting with guests.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols, including cleaning work areas and handling supplies.
• Manage menu information, verify orders, and ensure accurate delivery.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided, up to 50 lb with assistance, and moving across varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
