About the role

Join the Breakfast and Brunch Restaurant at The Ritz‑Carlton Dubai as a Guest Service Expert. You will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive, high‑quality service throughout their meal.

Key responsibilities

Set and arrange tables according to restaurant standards.
Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and ensure timely delivery.
Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest requests.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health and safety procedures.
Handle transactions and ensure guests’ dining experience is seamless.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
No supervisory experience required.
Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 25 lb unaided, 50 lb with assistance) and work on varied surfaces.

Required skills
