F&B Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor oversees the daily operations of an assigned outlet at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, ensuring exceptional guest service, product quality and operational efficiency in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness and guest service.
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings, allocate duties and monitor team performance.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and deliver personalized service.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, Housekeeping and other departments.
• Assist with cost control, stock and inventory management, billing and daily reporting.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of F&B experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience in F&B.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and beverage service operations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Understanding of restaurant and beverage service operations.
