F&B Waiter - ME Dubai

About the role

ME Dubai, the first ME by Meliá hotel in the Middle East and the only one designed inside and out by Dame Zaha Hadid, is looking for an F&B Waiter. Working in coordination with the Supervisor, the waiter delivers courteous, professional and efficient service while ensuring guest satisfaction in line with ME Dubai Standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, professional and efficient service to guests
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints
• Anticipate guest needs proactively
• Support marketing and inventory activities

Required profile

• Punctuality, good grooming and adherence to health and safety standards
• Flexibility in responding to departmental needs
• Alignment with ME's brand values and participation in training sessions

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication with guests, colleagues and management
• Product knowledge and upselling ability
• Commitment to high-quality service while minimising wastage
