Female Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist – Al Ain

About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified Female Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Al Ain. The role involves delivering comprehensive women’s health services, managing both routine and high‑risk pregnancies, and performing surgical procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecological consultations for outpatient and inpatient cases.
• Manage normal and high‑risk pregnancies, including antenatal care, labor, delivery, and postnatal follow‑up.
• Diagnose and treat gynecological disorders such as PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis, and menopausal conditions.
• Perform cesarean sections, minimally invasive surgeries, and other gynecological procedures.
• Conduct routine women’s health screenings and preventive care.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, anesthetists, radiologists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with DOH regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, CME programs, and departmental meetings.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent recognized by DOH Abu Dhabi.
• Board Certification/Fellowship in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Valid DOH Consultant License or eligibility letter.
• 5–7 years post‑board consultant experience in a reputable hospital.
• Strong surgical, communication, and patient counseling abilities.
• Arabic speaking skills are an advantage.
