Field Auditor – Emirati Talent Pipeline (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Field Auditor will collect retail data for NielsenIQ, visiting assigned outlets according to a schedule. This position is open exclusively to UAE nationals and supports the Emirati Talent Pipeline program.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned shops, complete front‑page forms and validate item details (description, segment, price, barcode, item code).
• Capture product images where permitted and upload them via Nielsen Product Picture (NPP).
• Achieve a minimum of 65 cleared items per day and return questionnaires to the field office on schedule.
• Maintain relationships with shop owners, report refusals or issues to the supervisor, and assist with new category openings.
• Participate in briefing/training sessions before each audit period and attend spot training visits.

Required profile

• UAE national with a family book, based in Dubai.
• Good communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Valid driving licence and personal car for field work.
• High school graduate; no specific experience required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
