Field Service Representative – Fluid Performance III

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a Field Service Representative specialized in fluid performance to deliver well‑site services in Abu Dhabi. The role combines technical expertise in fluids chemistry, hydraulics and equipment operation with direct interaction with operators and rig personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site well service to customers, applying training in fluids chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations.
• Conduct routine and specialized testing, interpret results and deliver technical solutions.
• Operate, maintain and optimize separation and waste‑management equipment.
• Prepare and track inventory of palletized and bulk products and equipment spares based on drilling programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environment regulations.
• Mentor junior employees and support their development.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field preferred.
• Completion of Baroid Core Training Course or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience with fluids and separation equipment.
