Field Service Technician – Holographic Technology

About the role
As a Field Service Technician you will act as the technical ambassador for our cutting-edge holographic solutions, ensuring flawless performance for clients across the MENA region.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to service requests from customers throughout the UAE and Gulf region.
- Travel to client sites to install, configure, maintain and repair holographic hardware.
- Diagnose technical issues and perform corrective actions under time pressure.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to end-users.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of field-service experience, preferably in audiovisual, IT or display technology.
- Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel frequently.
- Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently.
- Excellent customer-service orientation and communication skills.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
Required skills
- Holographic hardware installation and maintenance.
- Audiovisual system troubleshooting.
- Display technology knowledge.
