Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The role will play a critical part in financial planning, risk management, and guiding business decisions with data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports and develop budgeting forecasts.
• Monitor performance, analyze variances and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, internal policies and lead audits.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and banking relationships.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, financial risks and cost‑control strategies.
• Implement financial controls and streamline accounting processes.
• Supervise the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Support strategic decisions through financial modelling and business cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or CMA required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations and reporting standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with financial software such as Zoho and QuickBooks.
