About the role
The Financial Regulatory Reporting Manager supports the Finance Team by generating, tracking and submitting financial reports in line with local regulatory guidelines, US GAAP, US Regulatory and IFRS requirements. This role ensures accurate preparation of business transactions, statements and capital adequacy assessments for senior management and regulators.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit local regulatory reports, audited financial statements and capital adequacy assessments.
- Automate regulatory reporting processes and produce metrics highlighting key issues and remediation status.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and assist with month‑end close, sub‑ledger adjustments and financial consolidation.
- Analyze financial results, identify variances and support process‑efficiency and data‑quality improvement projects.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, regulatory reporting or related finance roles.
- Proven problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work with multiple functions with limited supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to act as a subject‑matter expert for senior stakeholders.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
- Working knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and local statutory reporting standards.
