Finance Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Finance Manager will act as the primary finance partner for one of Chalhoub Group’s luxury brands, ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting and commercial insight to support day‑to‑day trading decisions. The role is highly operational, working closely with finance, operations and commercial teams to drive performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main business finance partner for the brand, delivering strong financial control and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with Planning, Retail, GM and e‑commerce teams to support decision‑making and improve overall business performance.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc performance analyses covering sales, margin and inventory.
• Monitor and enhance profitability of the liquidation business, controlling costs, pricing and stock efficiency.
• Support forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with commercial plans and trading results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance within a retail or luxury environment.
• Hands‑on, operational mindset with the ability to work across finance, operations and commercial functions.
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with cross‑functional teams.
