About the role
TradesApp, a fast‑growing self‑storage and logistics provider in Dubai, is seeking a hands‑on Finance Manager. You will own the day‑to‑day financial processes, ensure accurate reporting, and deliver actionable insights to senior management as the business scales.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain financial records and oversee daily finance operations.
- Prepare profit & loss statements, cash‑flow reports, and regular management dashboards.
- Monitor accounts receivable, cash flow, and liquidity planning.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Produce financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisions.
- Track key financial KPIs and recommend improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
- Strong grasp of P&L, cash‑flow management, and financial reporting.
- Proven analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and excellent English communication skills.
