Finance Specialist – Global Treasury Trade & Tokenization (GTx)

About the role

The GTx Business Finance function at FAB is responsible for all finance matters related to Global Treasury, Trade and Tokenization, including performance monitoring, budgeting, forecasting and strategic support across UAE and international locations.

Key responsibilities

• Review GTx daily profit and loss and balance sheet, investigate and analyse variances, and flag material issues for remediation.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures for all GTx finance processes, ensuring proper approvals and documentation.
• Support GTx finance in reviewing capital expenditure and revenue benefits, maintaining a repository of approved business requirement documents and reporting on project spend.
• Collaborate with Financial Planning & Analysis and Financial Reporting teams to develop exception reports, monitor negative income or balance‑sheet items, and ensure accurate risk‑distribution accounting.

Required profile

• Professional bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field.
• Self‑starter with experience in financial and performance analysis.
• Strong presentation abilities and proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
