Financial Analyst – Budget & Reporting

About the role
The Financial Analyst will join Gemini Trading Group in Abu Dhabi, supporting the Finance Manager and CFO with data‑driven insights. You will analyse financial performance, identify trends and communicate findings to senior leadership to aid strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct budget reviews and prepare presentation decks for management.
- Perform P&L variance analysis and sales‑margin reporting.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly financial reports by region, department and category.
- Produce exception reports and highlight critical issues to management.
- Support the Finance Manager and CFO in ad‑hoc financial projects.
Required profile
- Graduate degree (BBA, MBA) or CA Inter with relevant experience.
- 0‑3 years of financial analysis and modelling experience.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business insights.
Required skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and extracting data via ER queries.
- Advanced Excel skills, including variance reporting and presentation preparation.
- Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is preferred.
