Financial Analyst – Planning & Budgeting (Retail)

About the role

The Financial Analyst will provide comprehensive support to the BP&A Team in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The role involves consolidating and circulating financial reports, assisting with automation projects, and performing administrative duties to support the team's objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the BP&A Team in managing the Strategic Plan, Budget, and Forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely completion of planning responsibilities.
• Prepare, follow up, and circulate regular and ad‑hoc reports and financial analyses, ensuring accurate and timely completion of reporting responsibilities.
• Support automation and project reporting by preparing and circulating analyses, ensuring timely completion of automation/project responsibilities.
• Provide administrative support to the BP&A Head and team, ensuring timely provision of required support.

Required profile

• Commerce graduate with specialization in Finance/Systems.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in budgeting, financial/management reporting, preferably in the retail sector in the Middle East.
• Proficiency in accounting software packages, particularly ERP systems like SAP.
• Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal, analytical, planning, and organizing skills.
