Financial Planning & Analysis Associate – Middle East

About the role

We are looking for an FP&A Associate to support the financial management of the P&L and Balance Sheet for the Middle East region on behalf of Zimmermann. The role will work closely with the Finance Manager, General Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, budgeting and tax compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with month‑end close, review P&L variances and perform balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Gather and consolidate budget data, prepare budget trackers and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of board meeting materials and three‑year plan presentations.
• Assist the Finance Manager during year‑end audit and indirect‑tax calculations (GST, VAT, WHT, Sales Tax).
• Process invoices, support payment preparation and maintain retail registers and reporting databases.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and support supply‑chain operations when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial finance or FP&A role.
• Proven experience in budgeting, reporting, tax calculations, invoice booking and payment processing.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Preferably experienced with SAP.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
