About the role

The Engineer, Business Planning will coordinate the development of long‑term business plans, budgets and performance scorecards for ADNOC's business units, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and monitoring key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate development of 5‑year business plans, budgets and L2/L3 performance scorecards for BU divisions.
Monitor KPIs and strategic milestones, reporting any deviations on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Prepare and publish business reports, presentations and dashboards for senior management.
Conduct risk register reviews, follow‑up audit actions and support business continuity planning.
Liaise with Finance to reconcile budget performance, CAPEX/OPEX reporting and AFE generation for unbudgeted items.
Support integration of processes across Umm Lulu, SARB, Satah & Umm Al Dalkh Business Units to improve synergy.
