Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will act as the forward‑looking engine of HealthHub’s finance function, turning financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and improve patient outcomes. Reporting to senior finance leadership, the role partners closely with finance and operations teams across a growing network of healthcare facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational drivers such as patient volumes and utilisation.
• Track actual performance versus budget, perform variance analysis and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decisions, scenario planning and commercial insights across the healthcare network.

Required profile

• Significant finance leadership experience within hospitals, healthcare groups, clinic networks or similar providers.
• Proven ability to translate financial and operational data into strategic insights.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
