First Officer – Boeing 787 (Full‑time)

About the role

Etihad is seeking a qualified First Officer to join its rapidly expanding fleet of Boeing 787 aircraft. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will work alongside experienced Captains, contributing to safe and efficient flight operations while progressing toward a future Captain position.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Captain with all phases of flight preparation, navigation, and execution.
• Maintain continuous monitoring of aircraft position, terrain, and weather conditions.
• Provide clear communication and decision‑support to the Captain throughout each flight.
• Uphold Etihad’s high standards of discipline, conduct, and personal appearance.
• Assume command in the event of Captain incapacitation, following company procedures.

Required profile

• Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2,500 total flight hours, with experience on modern jet aircraft.
• Demonstrated professionalism, technical competence, and teamwork.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and adapt to a multicultural environment.
