Fitness Instructor – Female (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Fitness Instructor (Female) will deliver personalized exercise programs, guide guests in safe equipment use, and create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere at the West Crescent recreation area.

Key responsibilities

• Assess individuals' current exercise programs and fitness levels to create personalized workout plans.
• Provide fitness counseling and demonstrate correct use of fitness equipment.
• Register, schedule, and assist guests with recreation activities, ensuring a fun and safe environment.
• Maintain the recreation area by supplying cups, water, and ensuring equipment is clean and functional; arrange maintenance when needed.
• Process payments for equipment rentals, facility use, and retail sales using point‑of‑sale systems.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and appearance guidelines while maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related fitness or recreation experience.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, standing for long periods, and moving on uneven surfaces.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
• First aid certification.
• Knowledge of fitness equipment operation and safety procedures.
