About the role
Our bartenders create memorable, unique experiences for guests at The Ritz‑Carlton in Dubai. Beyond mixing drinks, they act as hosts, ensuring flawless bar operation and anticipating guest needs.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service by building relationships, staying aware of trends, and providing personalized beverage experiences.
- Maintain a safe, professional workplace: follow company policies, protect assets, handle cash responsibly, and uphold confidentiality.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 25 lb, and manage bar setup and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with hotel teams and the local community to anticipate and fulfill guest requirements.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant bartending or beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks as described.
