Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations, including opening, running and closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, operating procedures and service expectations
• Monitor the quality, presentation and consistency of food and beverages
• Work closely with the culinary team so that orders are accurate and timely
• Build guest relationships, anticipate preferences and resolve feedback promptly
• Lead the team: briefings, coaching, performance monitoring and workforce planning
• Promote menu knowledge, suggestive selling and upselling to support revenue targets
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, receiving, storage and rotation, and oversee accurate billing and cash handling
• Control costs by monitoring wastage, breakage and consumption
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, allergen awareness and special dietary needs are met
• Keep the outlet clean, well presented and maintained
