Food and Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will lead daily restaurant operations at a luxury hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. You will ensure smooth, efficient service, uphold high standards of guest satisfaction and maintain compliance with safety and quality regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant activities and coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Housekeeping and Stewarding teams.
• Lead, guide and monitor wait staff, handling side duties and performance assessments.
• Address guest requests, complaints and enquiries professionally, building positive relationships.
• Drive sales through upselling and identifying additional guest needs.
• Maintain food and beverage quality, cleanliness, safety and operational standards.
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings, monitor mise‑en‑place, equipment, par stocks and restaurant presentation.
• Assist with staff scheduling, roster preparation, timesheet submission and manpower planning.
• Oversee inventory management, record‑keeping, incident reports and lost & found.
• Support promotional activities, update operational manuals and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising restaurant or food‑and‑beverage operations.
• Strong leadership ability to coach and develop front‑of‑house teams.
• Excellent communication skills for handling guest interactions and inter‑departmental coordination.
• Ability to manage inventory, stock levels and equipment maintenance.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
