About the role

Join the enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina as a Food & Beverage Assistant for In‑Room Dining. You will deliver professional, personalized service to guests, ensuring every room‑service experience is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in accordance with the hotel’s performance standards.
• Greet guests, take orders, and provide discreet, personalized service.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the In‑Room Dining menu to advise guests.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of all food and beverage items served.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and queries promptly and satisfactorily.
• Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the outlet and maintain service equipment.
• Prepare service stations (mise‑en‑place) before, during, and after service.
• Answer telephone orders professionally following standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar role within a four‑ or five‑star hotel or comparable environment.
• Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, quality‑focused and able to meet high performance standards.
• Capable of multitasking, meeting deadlines and handling pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel/restaurant software and related technical tools (preferred).
