Food & Beverage Attendant – Dubai

About the role

Join the voco Dubai team as a Food & Beverage Attendant, delivering the high‑standard service that defines the IHG brand. You will work in a dynamic hotel environment, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and departmental standards to maintain service quality.
• Operate the outlet hands‑on, managing stock, FIFO system and equipment.
• Assist with requisitioning, storage and careful use of supplies.
• Participate in daily briefings on preparation, service and menu updates.
• Coordinate with supporting departments to ensure smooth operations and quality.
• Build rapport with guests, provide recommendations and handle lost‑and‑found items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front‑ and back‑of‑house areas.
• Work with Housekeeping to enforce cleaning schedules.
• Issue repair and maintenance orders as needed.
• Uphold courteous, professional service at all times and support team welfare.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in food & beverage service.
• Ability to adhere to SOPs, stock controls and FIFO procedures.
• Punctuality, proper uniform compliance and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Knowledge of beverages and food.
• Understanding of FIFO inventory system.
• Serving beverages efficiently.
