About the role
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dining operations at the Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences by overseeing multiple outlets, kitchens and a team of hospitality professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and delegate daily duties of the food and beverage team.
- Maintain equipment, facilities and stock levels to meet high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with responsible business and food safety practices.
- Collaborate with finance to set, monitor and optimise budgets and revenue.
- Oversee multiple outlets and kitchens capable of serving up to 500 guests.
Required profile
- College or advanced training in food and beverage management.
- 2‑4 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, culinary arts or related field preferred.
