About the role

Join Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road as a Food & Beverage Service Expert. You will be part of a team that creates memorable dining experiences for hotel guests, ensuring every meal is served with professionalism and a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and deliver food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Assist guests with menu information, answer questions, and handle transactions.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and navigate uneven surfaces safely.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food service operations.
• Strong communication and guest‑service orientation.
• Ability to read menus and verify information visually.
