About the role

W Hotels in Dubai is seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Service Expert to support guest experiences across its dining venues. The role involves a blend of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house tasks, ensuring smooth operations and memorable service for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, maintain clean work areas, and replenish supplies.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Handle guest inquiries and support the service flow during busy periods.
• Perform physical duties such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
• Follow safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior experience required; previous exposure to a food‑and‑beverage environment is a plus.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate varied surfaces.
• Commitment to professional appearance and communication.
