Food & Beverage Service Expert – Multilingual (Russian, Spanish, Italian)

About the role

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Service Expert to join W Hotels in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering memorable dining experiences for guests, supporting the restaurant floor, and ensuring smooth service flow. Fluency in Russian, Spanish or Italian is required to assist our international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
• Communicate orders and special requests between guests and the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages, respond to guest inquiries, and handle payments.
• Maintain a tidy work area, restock supplies, and adhere to hygiene standards.
• Read and verify menu information, assist guests with menu selections.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance, and moving across varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Russian, Spanish, Italian.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical demands of the role.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards, and professional appearance.
