About the role
Our Guest Service Experts create memorable, unique experiences for guests, combining food, beverage and attentive service. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑standard service while maintaining a safe workplace, following company policies and upholding quality standards. The role requires a hands‑on approach, professional appearance and clear communication throughout the guest journey.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, and interact with guests to provide seamless service at the Rush Bar.
- Maintain clean work areas and supplies, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.
- Read, verify and manage menu information accurately, handling guest orders efficiently.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, moving on uneven or slippery surfaces, and lifting objects up to 25 lb unassisted (or 50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
