Food & Beverage Supervisor – Bussola

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the Bussola outlet in Dubai. The role ensures seamless service delivery, maintains high standards of guest experience, and supports the operational efficiency of the dining area.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the F&B team to deliver optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire and enforce uniform standards.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including set‑up of supplies, equipment cleaning and securing the venue.
• Maintain storage organization, apply FIFO principles and conduct regular inventories.
• Monitor dining room seating, service flow, safety and guest wellbeing.
• Create and follow work orders for maintenance and repairs.
• Assist management with recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluation and employee coaching.
• Enforce company safety policies, report incidents and complete required safety certifications.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and provide courteous assistance, including support for guests with disabilities.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost‑savings and quality enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk and lift items up to 50 lb throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
