About the role

You will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of Anantara Downtown Dubai, ensuring guest satisfaction, team performance and business results.

Key responsibilities

Promote and ensure guest satisfaction through prompt, courteous service.
Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and uphold the highest product quality.
Develop and maintain a strong team environment, providing training and empowerment.
Handle daily team member relations and encourage problem‑solving.

Required profile

College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
Passion for leadership and teamwork.
Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
Excellent guest service skills.
