About the role
We are seeking a passionate Football Coach to join our academy in Dubai on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will work with children aged 5‑12, delivering training that reflects our coaching philosophy and preparing the team for competitive matches.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver age‑appropriate training sessions that develop technical and tactical skills.
- Create weekly training programmes aligned with the academy’s methodology.
- Assess individual player performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Promote sportsmanship, discipline and a positive team environment.
- Ensure safety standards are met, including first‑aid readiness during sessions.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of coaching experience with youth players.
- UEFA C coaching licence or equivalent certification.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to motivate and work effectively with children aged 5‑12.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and basic first‑aid practices.
