Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) you will be the bridge between Alpheya’s wealth‑technology platform and its enterprise clients. You will work directly with banks and financial institutions in the Middle East, turning complex business requirements into production‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end technical delivery for assigned clients, including technical calls, reviews and sign‑offs.
• Translate client business constraints into clear technical specifications and implementation strategies.
• Develop and deploy client‑specific adapters and integrations in customer environments.
• Make architectural decisions within the defined scope and raise platform‑level concerns to senior engineers.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and infrastructure teams on feature implementation, prioritisation and release validation.
• Travel to client sites as needed (up to 20% of the time) to ensure successful deployments.
