FP&A and Performance Lead

About the role

Based in Dubai, the FP&A and Performance Lead will head the Group's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management activities. Reporting to the Group CFO, the role partners with senior leadership to deliver insight, drive performance and support strategic decisions across a multi‑entity organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee financial forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks and KPIs.
• Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights for senior management.
• Monitor financial performance of business units and align plans with operational goals.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring robust planning, consolidation and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage periodic forecasting and rolling forecast cycles, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Support medium‑ and long‑term financial planning aligned to business strategy.
• Partner with leaders to develop revenue, cost, headcount, capex and cash‑flow plans.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc management reporting packs.
• Conduct variance analysis and evaluate profitability of customers, contracts and service lines.
• Provide commercial insight for investments, M&A and business cases, including financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Develop executive‑level presentations for senior leadership and Board meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis and performance management within a complex, multi‑entity environment.
• Strong track record of partnering with senior leadership and presenting to Board‑level audiences.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience driving cost optimisation and process improvement initiatives.
