Franchise Investment Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Franchise Investment Manager to lead the evaluation and structuring of franchise and investment opportunities for Framex Investment in Dubai. The role combines rigorous financial analysis with hands‑on negotiation, ensuring each deal is commercially sound before reaching senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and assess incoming franchise and investment proposals against Framex’s investment criteria.
• Build detailed financial models to evaluate viability, ROI and risk.
• Lead negotiations on franchise and master‑franchise agreement terms.
• Manage the end‑to‑end deal pipeline from initial contact to signed agreement.
• Coordinate with Legal & Compliance for due‑diligence and agreement structuring.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to the Head of Franchise Development.
• Monitor post‑agreement milestones to ensure compliance with franchise terms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment analysis, M&A or franchise development.
• Proven track record of financial modeling and valuation.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
