Freelance Business Development & Recruitment Partner

About the role

YHJ Partners is seeking an experienced freelance Business Development & Recruitment Partner to generate new client relationships and convert hiring requirements into successful placements across the UAE. This commission‑only position is fully remote and ideal for self‑motivated professionals with a strong network in the UAE recruitment market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect UAE companies with current or upcoming recruitment needs, building a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Engage senior decision‑makers (Founders, CEOs, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition heads) through outbound calls, LinkedIn and email to introduce YHJ Partners’ services.
• Negotiate recruitment agreements, secure signed terms and manage the full vacancy brief, including job description, salary range and hiring timeline.
• Oversee the recruitment process where required – review candidates, present shortlists, coordinate interviews and support offer negotiations.

Required profile

• Based in the UAE with a valid residence visa and the legal right to work without sponsorship.
• Proven experience in recruitment, business development or B2B sales, preferably within the UAE market.
• Comfortable working on a commission‑only basis and confident making outbound calls to senior executives.
• Excellent English communication skills, self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently with a laptop, telephone and reliable internet.

What we offer

• 25 % commission on revenue generated from client placements, with no earnings cap.
