About the role
This Graduate Development Program is designed for recent UAE nationals who have just completed their bachelor’s degree. It offers a structured, hands‑on learning journey that combines operational exposure, project work, and professional training to launch a successful career.
Required profile
- Minimum GPA of 2.8
- Age between 21 and 27 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Airport Management, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology (Security & Network Technologies), or Architecture (knowledge of 3D visualization and CAD software preferred)
