Training Delivery (TDM) & Admin Manager

About the role

The Training Delivery (TDM) & Admin Manager supports the AAME Training Centre by handling administrative tasks that ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. The role focuses on managing trainee documentation, coordinating logistics, and delivering high‑quality customer service in line with Airbus standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage trainee folders from course start through archiving, ensuring all forms are signed and records are collated promptly.
• Coordinate trainee registration, maintain accurate profiles in the MyTeam database, and upload dossiers to GDrive.
• Arrange instructor travel, accommodation, and visas for training delivery worldwide.
• Procure trainee kits, booklets, and office supplies, and maintain the readiness of training rooms and lobby.
• Support the General Manager / Head of Training with predefined tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong command of English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, customer‑oriented and able to anticipate and resolve issues quickly.
• Effective team player comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
• Experience with procurement software.
• Basic IT skills for managing devices and laptops.
