About the role

Join Majid Al Futtaim’s 18‑month Fresh Graduate Program in Dubai. The scheme combines on‑the‑job rotations across multiple business functions with structured learning, giving recent graduates a solid foundation in the group’s diverse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a six‑month generalist rotation across various business and support functions.
• Undertake a twelve‑month placement in a specific functional area to develop specialist knowledge.
• Support day‑to‑day operations within assigned teams and departments.
• Assist with project coordination, development initiatives, and preparation of presentations.
• Participate in business projects, challenges, and problem‑solving activities.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and other learning programmes.
• Collaborate effectively across teams and departments to support organisational objectives.
• Contribute to teamwork and help maximise overall team performance.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Sustainability, Architecture, Real Estate or a related field.
• Recent graduate or final‑year student.
• Previous internship or work experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Good verbal and written English.
