Full Stack Developer

About the role

Hamilton Aquatics is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join its Dubai team. You will design, build, and scale modern web applications while delivering secure, cloud‑based, high‑performance solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, cloud‑ready architectures.
• Develop responsive front‑end interfaces and robust back‑end services and APIs.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and AI‑assisted development processes.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and performance audits.
• Integrate AI‑powered capabilities using LLMs, RAG, and AI APIs.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and ensure responsible AI adoption.
• Collaborate with managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.

• Proven experience in full‑stack development and cloud‑based solutions.
• Strong ability to make technical decisions and guide a development team.
