Full‑Time Entrepreneurship Faculty Position

About the role

The School of Management at Canadian University Dubai seeks a full‑time faculty member in Entrepreneurship to start in the Spring Semester 2026‑2027. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses, supervise student research, and contribute to the department’s scholarly activities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 12 credit hours per semester across entrepreneurship and related subjects.
• Supervise student projects, theses, and independent studies, providing academic mentorship.
• Maintain an active research agenda with a target of at least two peer‑reviewed publications per year.
• Participate in curriculum review, programme development, and accreditation initiatives.
• Support departmental and school‑wide strategic projects, including quality assurance and external collaborations.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship or a closely related discipline from a QS Top‑500, internationally accredited institution.
• Strong teaching record at undergraduate level; postgraduate experience preferred.
• Evidence of research productivity in Scopus‑indexed journals.
• Experience in academic administration, programme development, or committee work.
• Fluency in English.
