FX Sales Retention Agent – Korean Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a Korean‑speaking FX Sales Retention Agent to join a fast‑growing forex brokerage in Dubai. You will be the primary point of contact for existing clients, helping them maximise the value of our FX and CFD products while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s FX and CFD offerings to both prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships to drive client retention and account growth.
• Convert high‑quality leads into active, loyal trading accounts.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across client portfolios.
• Deliver consistent, high‑level customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
• Stay informed on market conditions, product updates, and trading platforms.
• Achieve defined sales and retention targets on a regular basis.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Korean (spoken and written).
• Mandatory experience in the FX & CFD industry.
• Previous retention or sales role within a forex/CFD brokerage.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent numerical and analytical thinking.
• Experience working with international brokerage teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets.
• Competence in standard office tools.
